Triggered is a series of concrete brooches partly coated with acrylic paint.
In the design process I have dealt with the question of how our view of the city emerges both from sensual experience and from images we already have.
Many phenomena are either beyond our perceptual capabilities or cannot be comprehended due to scale, time or complexity. When we make use of the vast load of visual tools such as maps, we extend our capabilities, which, in turn, colour the way we perceive ourselves and the city.
